Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Luton Van Driver to join our team. The role involves delivering household furniture to customers’ homes with care and professionalism. You’ll be the face of our company, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver household furniture to customer locations.
- Use lifting gear and secure items to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and assist with assembly if needed.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence (category B).
- Previous experience driving a Luton van preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and moving furniture.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
- Flexible to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
